Dr. John Garnett

Dr. John Garnett is a scholar and consultant focused on international development and non-profit organizations. His research focuses on the Green Revolution and the role of international aid organizations and non-profits in the spread of biotechnology throughout the Global South, and his first manuscript is currently under contract with the University of Nebraska Press. He possesses a wide range of professional consulting experience in economic modeling, expert witness testimony preparation in energy cases ranging from $150 million to $7 billion dollars, technology studies, and decarbonization. Dr. Garnett received a Ph.D. in History from George Mason University and his B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
